Worst service...They don't even try to call you if not able to find the address. 4-5 years ago, their service was excellent but now I don't think they even try to deliver the items. Sorry to say but please look once into your service quality or ask your delivery person why such negative reviews coming

Very very bad... when exact location is given in the address still it was not reached that place from asansol head post office it is showing Misssent ... How it is possible? Phone no also given then how it is showing on track record that misspent?and 18th October 2021 it was at Asansol head post office
