Worst service and response. It is been 15 days from discharge now and have not yet received the discharge summary and bills. Now my insurance claim is doubtful due to their delay ! Rude staffs. Was asked to pay in multiple payment modes! I wonder y! The final amount in the bill was nowhere even near to the actual amount we paid ! My father got a decent treatment though. Still I Would never recommend to anyone.
Crowded in the reception. For covid enquiries, only a table was seen. No board. No person was there when we entered. We checked at the main reception. He went behind the door right behind reception and called a lady. She was to be there to attend corona injection required patients. The nurse was cooperative. Fast and swift. When I opened the dust bin to put the cotton in that, I was shocked to note that a huge stock of pipes and used syringe with needles were totally occupying the dust bin. Probably and definitely not a single day morning collection. Lots to be improved. Long way to go.
Dr. T Arunkumar is the biggest fraud I have come across. He dupes people off money in various scams. He owes me INR 7.5 lacs and has now gone underground. Please report him and the hospital services to the local authorities if possible. Their licenses should be revoked and people like these are disgrace to humanity.
