After seeing the other reviews I can tell myself " OK we too faced this one". But my experience is mixed one. I went for my child (3+). As most reviews say about the Admin people, most of them sitting in front were not good and not helpful. I saw one slogan pasted there "speak softly". I think it should be pasted inside. Even nurses were lethargic, behaving as if they are working in some government offices. But doctors were so good. I don't know about others but the person I met in OP and the doctor who attended my kid in ward after admission are so good, kind and very much helpful. Frankly speaking since it is a Trust hospital they can be like this. If they would have been a corporate hospital they might have charged a package. Money is secondary but unwanted medication will spoil kid's health. They told they don't want to make the kid undergo unwanted medication. Charges were less compared to other hospital. Admission ward is too good. Whether it is Normal ward, special ward or other emergency wards. Simply we can believe them for their doctors. Trust is so important and I think people trust them for years. I can see all kinds of people in our society there. So Management can review internally and do clear the errors which were there by means of Admin, nurses & other who spoil the hospital's reputation. But we people too should understand one thing. Generally if we go to one hospital for adults we can see total 2 person (patient + attender) or one, but here almost all kids will be accompanied by parents so minimum 3 persons and some cases more than that, so hospital looks so crowded, but Management have less people to control all things. And I can see staffs were doing additional works too. So sometimes we too have to be patience for our kids. My 4 stars for hospital overall Management infrastructure and especially doctors. I can hear people say I came Masonic so my child will be alright. This is what they have earned. My wishes.
Parking is not enough space. I did parking in road. Also, people managing parking inside hospital not speak properly and not friendly. Treatment and doctors are good.
Staffs are completely waste worst Service.. Doctor Is not available but ask me to pay 310 for OP visit . And no one is listening.. after 45 minutes got over and again I ask were is the doctor .. simply the staff are saying today this doctor is on leave . No response all are waste .No Comments don't choose this place for child's. No Response Worst service
My favourite hospital for kids. You might have to wait for some time, however the treatment is wonderful. In most of the hospitals you might end up with one medicine or another, here they would not prescribe if not needed.
Very very worst hospital. My child 1 year baby girl is in 102 ° typhoid fever. They didn't care simply said come to hospital after 2 days. Now we won't give treatment. Very irresponsible persons , It is very worst than government hospital. Please don't go to this hospital .
