Pros: Brand name, updated instruments. Cons: No appointment basis, slow and unnecessary delay in giving medicines and in reception counter, It is 11:10AM now and still person and medical counter is not available and when asked the staff in this hospital they are saying wait for some time and the concern person might come. So What is the use of medical counter when it is not available even after doctor in the hospital done surgery and priscribed the drops and tablets when there is no one to give medicines in the counter. Management team: Please train your staff about the timings and punctuality. This the reason people in Rajahmundry preferring Akira , Gowthami and many other eye hospitals than your hospital even after knowing that it has best equipments.

I had been their this morning, the turn around is quick, assistants are good but I wonder if a qualified Doctor really exists! I was checked by support staff who did a decent job with all of the prelim checks but when it comes to actual Doctor consultation “Vijaya Setti” she did even speak a word but ended with prescription to a person who never had eye sight before. The doctor never felt the need to explain me the prescription and to the point what was my eye sight number. All she said was “go and collect your prescription from pharmacy and eye ware shop”. Just before doctor visit, assistant had put liquid in my eye which keep you blur for 4 hrs, doctor never bothered to explain me this. Bottom line equipment, ambience is modern but the doctor/s are/is old schooled. There are better caring eye doctors in Rajahmundry “who are more human”. Lastly do not discount the fact that everyone will have footwear except for patience. Which is a discrimination.
Cataract operation is done to my mother. It went really good. She felt comfortable. The process is explained very clearly before the surgery. Surgery is done good. No pain. Thank you.
