Here they Issue disability passbook, UDID Card etc.. For Disability needs. There is also xerox shop inside both colour and black and white. You need to carry Passport size photo, Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID or Any other ID you have. You can buy forms from xerox shop for applying Passbook, Bus and Train Concession.
I taken 2nd dose of covaxin @kk nagar peripheral hospital on 26/4/21, till now I did not receive any sms or certificate for that vaccination, the phones are not working If works no response for that
