Wish i could give -5 stars. But that option is not available. Horrible management. Better to die than take emergency treatment here. The receptionists are very rude. No token system. Only allow people inside when they pay 200/300 rupees to receptionists. Especially the lady in billing section.
Trinity is Dr Jayachandran as a whole . He's a wonderful doctor in terms of diagnosis and treatment and is on call 24 /7 . The nurses are very good and so are the duty doctors and reception staff . There are a few hitches as in any hospital but Dr Jayachandran's care makes up for them. A good experience overall
Worst in front staff. I never seen such a staff. Not yet I received bill for Vaccinated. They are charging more than govt.prescribed and saying that price is not updated in online and it was updated in delhi but no in Chennai.. I don't know what they are coming to say... Dot
I was suffering from covid. From 1 week there was 102 fever. They got me admitted and very first day control the fever. They give me perfect treatment as per protocol and get me cure in 5 days.
Trinity Acute Care Hospital is very good. The Medical director Dr. JAYACHANDRAN is the best doctor, I had ever seen. Not only him, his team of consultant's are very good. The duty doctors, nurses are doing the excellent service. I refer this hospital to all neurology patients.
