Amazing care and operation. My mum had surgery on both eyes. Regained full vision. Awesome.
Dr. Oommen is very polite and professional.. But, the staffs are very rude and not at all patient-friendly.. Not at all keeping the covid protocols..The surgeon was chatting and laughing with the other staffs while doing surgery.. Luckily, no mishaps happened... Cannot find a professional behaviour from any of the staffs.. Cannot recommend.. 👎👎👎
Unprofessional staff. Did not provide documents for claiming insurance reimbursement even after 3 weeks. Staff at the reception are clueless. Doctors seems to be ok but the wait time during various procedures on check up day and on surgery day is too long.
Extreme lack of professionalism. The whole organization works on the lines of a typical government office. Patients were waiting for consultation and suddenly the doctor goes somewhere and doesn't return for the next one and half hours. Talking about treatment it was rather inefficient. Had to visit thrice for treatment and still not effective. Mainly thrives due to lack of competitors. Extremely disappointing. If possible visit other alternatives.
Worst experience from registration staff. Not good behaviour and Doesn't worth their pride
