Not even one star. Had a very bad experience. People are only money minded . They don’t care for the patient at all . Trying to get money for insurance patients.. Even though beds are available simply they will say.. Normal beds not available others available at the rate 5000 per day.. Also no proper feedback regarding admission.. Directly saying four day admission with even checking patients and telling the bed charges... Didn't expected this from hospital management...
The hospital had made my father's recovery very comfortable and safe , I am deeply thankful to the doctors and nurses who have taken the effort to care of him like their own and have been so punctual and compassionate about their work for my father. Dr. Balaji is a very kind, compassionate and excellent diagnostician with a healing touch in his words, he has been an excellent doctor and has been a vital part through every step of the way. They also have an accomplished team of nurses. Sister Esther Prema exhibited not only great management but also empathy in the ICU Overall the entire time I spent here has been satisfactory and has definitely helped my father recover and gave us the confidence that he was in safe hands. only suggestion that I would like to give is the duty nurses in the wards should reach out promptly .
