Went to this hospital for the first time and the consulted doctor is really good but the behaviour of staff/nurses is pathetic.
This is not a big one but for emergency it's ok for the hostel area people otherwise they need to go to cherthala taluk hospital it's little far from here . Frankly saying in here they are just doing some medical bussiness instead of medical services. The cost of the service is too high most of twice the price compare to outside ie the x-ray , lab etc . The doctors are good but they are proscribing unwanted medicines to be a part of bussiness. Staffs are not up to the mark all we need to pay first and wait a long . Frankly saying the natives are not advising to test here
Even though it is a small hospital, they have very good doctors especially surgery and gynecology. Dr. Edison Raphael ( general surgeon) and all other nursing and supporting staff in the hospital are really supporting and friendly. Kudos to all staff. And they won't kill you with bills. I have some suggestions as well. Kindly provide name badge for all staffs and the whole process from registration till discharge are bit old school and takes time.
