The services that I receive from Dr. Padam Kumar is excellent. He did a great job with my first ever surgery. He was also kind and friendly. Mr. Ravi helped me with my insurance and was very helpful.
Hospital is good - multi-speciality. My experience of Emergency response middle of night from entrance into ICU is super quick say 2 to 3 minutes. Chennai's Top medical doctors Surgeons on visit here plus in-house doctors round the clock. Easy access, parking. Staff patient friendly.
I went to the emergency ward for an allergic reaction. The nurses were very helpful but the CMO( Dr.Hemalatha ) wasn't at all helpful. She was the other way around very adamant and not at helpful, she didn't even bother to come and see me. Just sitting in the chair. I had a prescription for my allergy and I am 100% sure she gave me something else in the name of it but I was charged for the medicines in my prescription. Being charged for 6 injections, when I received only 3 is totally unfair. When my mom came to see me, she didn't even bother to talk properly. So adamant and yet a doctor.... Don't even have patience to what the patient knows. Just because your a doctor doesn't give you the right to ignore what the patient has asked for when he has experienced the symptoms before. Please learn to communicate with people in a human way.

Usually, I don't have a practice of writing reviews but, I strongly felt that I should Share the best experience which I had with Dr.Padam Kumar when I have got the symptoms of Hernia. He has extremely detailed out the root cause of the issue and the solution with the advanced medication which is available.
