Treatment from doctors ,nurse and house keeping is good and satisfaction. Unfortunately for me this hospital is refered by family friend. But the hospital agent committed this as a package treatment. Includes ambulance charges. Finally once they got the bills settled they ask us to arrange ambulance at own cost. Charges for ambulance is very high.for 15 km distance they charged Rs4000/-. During exit time they have not treated us well. Instead blame me for not keeping patience. To give a reply regarding ambulance charges I forced to stay for more than half an hour.final result is negative.very worst back end team...
Physiotherapist Keerthana has a caring demeanor. Professional service and advised needed exercises accordingly. Received good care and treatment.
Worst hospital which I ever crossed in my life, doctor need to reach @4.00pm as per duty we with my 6 month baby reached hospital @5.10pm we where waiting long but receptionist don't aware of Doctor reaching timing, all the staff near to reception were talking about there personal. No feeding room, no TV was ON for entertainment, hope useless hospital better to change from hospital to some other show room. Government hospital are 1000 times better than this useless hospital. Looks like fish market as the staffs are not well educated or not taken for there work professional , not even trained how to speak when patients are there. Dear people never ever reach to come or recommend this hospital to anyone's. Being a hospital staffs not wearing mask or gloves but guiding us to do. Government should take action on such kind of private hospitals who's motivation is to earn money
I have good experience with the hospital from past 15years, but recently DR Rajasekaran (Cardiologist) treated my mother (caretaker for the patient) disrespectfully. Hope treating patients and their care taker should be satisfactory, fair and acceptable
Good nursing and care take the responsibility is good time keeping very good 👍 always be responsible hospital tq for your care and support
