The hospital started as an affordable hospital few years back - so were the services designed as a charitable hospital where the attendant has to keep running after nurses - admin will treat your time and you as nobody. But that was okay - it was actually a charitable sort of hospital. Then, time passed and brand was built and management realized that other people are charging more - then why not charge more here as well. Charges increased at Narayana but they forgot to upgrade the experience from charitable to good experience led private hospital. Now, when you go - you pay on an average 30K a night of admission but you fight with admin to get your discharge, you fight with nurses a get a bloody blanket, you fight with people to just get your room cleaned!!! Only thing where credit is due is that doctors are good. For how long? God knows, as they would also leave this place where their patients keep complaining how badly they were treated despite paying top dollars. A hospital stay is far more than doctor's medicine. It's nursing care, it's empathy of people and if you are charging a bomb - a nice experience - which NH being a charitable hospital doesn't know.
