Beware and Stay away from this BRM Carewell hospital if you want to go home alive.. one of the substandard hospital in kakinada. I am writing this review based on my real experience . They donot have any value for the life of people admitted. Especially the staff. Once hospitalized doctor experience is not enough alone and on time care and attention is absolutely required. Valuable life's are being lost because of the staff's irresponsible and rude behaviour. No proper care in ICU...Not even sure if staff have adequate training to be in ICU. Medicines are not administered on time, oxygen is not provided even available and being charged. Staff is lazy enough not even to change oxygen masks to give food and patients suffer from hunger. We lost a family member as some medicines advised were missed to be given for few days even when the patient repeatedly asked to provide it..They become rude if we request them to provide support. Only Money minting without proper regulations..... We heard many similar stories from other hospitalized people...Lot of bribing is required to staff where they demand 3000 per day and even then they don't care about patients. Most of the time only round doctors visit who do not pay much attention to patient words. Stay Away if you want to be debt free and save your loved ones lives. Hope the management introduces adequate measures.
Do not visit this hospital for Covid. Very underrated supervision for the patients with no proper care and rude behaviour . They are charging exorbitant fees per day and not per the government rates and no bills are provided. Remedisiver injections are to be brought by patients in black for more than ₹ 20000 and not provided by hospital. I am posting this in the hope to save atleast few lives who are approaching this hospital and don't want others to face the same fate our family has undergone due this hospital. Not able to give zero stars so selected one but stars should be in negative.
