Ambience and neatness may not be as good as corporate hospitals but the way doctors treat and their attitude (Dr. Venkat Garlapati ) makes us feel better always..
My friend family suffered a lot in this hospital,staff is not responding to anything we requested,no professional maintanance,they are unconscious about patient samples for corona test,see how this pathetic situation, after 2 to 3 days they asked to move another hospital,this means their inefficient medical system, after joining to another hospital my friend father is good now. Hospital is temple , hospital management should feel the same.
If you want slowest process in the world. Then you can visit this hospital. The worst hospital I have seen in my life. I strongly suggest please don't go to this hospital.
If you don't find any other hospital, get treated at home home but don't go to this hospital, you will invite new health hazards along with serious headache at this place... Irresponsible and untrained staff, most unhygenic place in Khammam, lack of clarity of medicine and reports..and what not.. After giving samples, they said they lost it, how on earth that's possible in a situation like this.. I have a sent a mail to DM too.. Hope they will visit this place along with health inspector soon...
Worst hospital. No response from staff. No hygiene. Lab: They won't give reports on time. Here -ve star rating is not possible. That's why I'm giving 1 star.
