Infrastructure is great. One of the best hospital in calicut now. I think they provide very poor service. There is no guarantee that u can consult the doctor you booked in time. I reached the hospital around 2pm got the appointment for 3pm and now it's around 6 pm. Still couldn't see the doc.I had a very worst first experience. Emergency patients please think before you take a O P ticket.You need to have good patience.
Pounding over and over again.... Never choose a hospital on the basis of infrastructure. Before u decide to go to a private hospital please consult as many govt doctors take multiple advices. Life of your dear ones are valuable for u alone. And dear doctors please any gesture from patient should be taken seriously never underestimate minor symptoms of infection especially after a surgery even if it is a small cough.
Best in class team of Cardiologists. Impressive how they work as a team- to find the best outcome for their patients. Staff well trained for patient care and recovery.
The hospital is well maintained in terms of infrastructure and other facilities. The staffs provide good care to the patient. Two things I really want to speak about this hospital are: 1-I have waited for more than 2 hours just to get the xray done. So my advice is to get the xray done before coming to the hospital(My mom's surgery was done before two months and I came for the checkup) 2- The pharmacy is a bit slow since they use the token method. Really takes a lot of time to get the medicines.
My wife was tested covid positive and I contacted Maitra hospital for their online monitoring equipment. Next day they installed the equipment beside my wife’s bed. Many thanks to the installation and monitoring team for their 24 hour monitoring and also the doctor for the video calls to my wife for updating health conditions and answering her queries . It was a great support to her during the difficult time. The charges are reasonable comparing the services they are doing. They were sending monitoring reports also. Really good service. Thanks to entire team and management
