Excellent Team. You are in safe hands. Very good environment and capable doctors. Don't worry about the cost, overall they are the best in their area. I went for hernia except for few hiccups in handling, the surgery was successful. Support staff are excellent. Facilities are good. Meals are priced at normal cost. Overall thumps up to the GEM hospital

Writing up this feedback with heartfull of graditute for the Gem hospital and the team of finest doctors and all the facility members..After multiple hosiptals visit we finally visited gem hospital for my mother's pancreatic surgery.. the first thing that made us convinced was the very positive approach and a great sign of hope the doctors gave us. with their expertize on robotic surgery the operation was successful with minimal scar and she recovered much earlier than expected.. Finest hospital in the country for gastroentrologist..

The hospital ambience is very nice, the place is kept clean and neat. All staff are very friendly and treat the patients with kindness. The nursing staff were very diligent in their work and well mannered. Especially Mrs.T.Gowri, who guided us from when we arrived, up until discharge, treating us with respect & care. She was always available whenever we needed any help. A big thank you to the hospital's doctors & staff.

Worst service. We are waiting more than 1 hour, no response from nurses. Highly impressed by the reception team. I request the management, trained all staffs like the reception team. Doctors are so polite and kindful.

It is a beautiful hotel like hospital but do not use their restrooms as they have no idea how to keep it clean. Their handicap restrooms are the worst as there is no hand rail for support or handwash liquid but we did find a broom, a door mat near the flush and loads of dust. For their constant advertising on covid free hospital status they seem to have forgotten the basics of cleanliness. Apart from the above defects, in general I found their staff friendly and doctors professionals. Just too much room for want of cleanliness.
