The maternity treatment is very good and Dr is trustworthy, but the front office staff attitude is not good and there is no digital payment option. Even road side shopes are moved to digital transaction, but not sure why such reputated hospital is still asking cash. I request Management team to look into this matter on priority.
Little training need for nurse staff for communication with patients and attender.
Receptionist not working properly. They don't care about patients time. They don't care about patients health. Counselting fees is too high. Normal delivery fees too high. Patients case sheet they missed without case sheet 2times checkup done. Nowadays treating patients is not good. For pregnant women counseling is not given.
I went for my leg pain, the hospital situation was very nice and the doctor was polite and gave quality treatment.
