We got best treatment here. We have completed my mothers knee replacement here. Now she is feeling good Thank you so much to the entire team .
Went for medical test. Doctor was not available. Still they did not tell it until we paid the amount. We have wait at the door for their call. They don’t call you and notify once doctor is available, even though there is No place to sit. Simply stand at the door and wait for wait for their call.
Doctors are very good, no doubt . But no seating facilities for patients. Most of the time we need to stand. No sufficient staff. No discipline at all. It's like a fish market.
Its absolutely true that this hospital completely runs only on money. We have to pay full fee though u come for a followup immediately on the next day. And if someone questions, they reply rashely like "Did we ask you to come". ArogyaSree and all is just to bluff people.
