Treatment was good but service was not very helpful.. my grandmother was admitted and we didn't receive nurses on time when we needed the most. So please try to fix that.
Worst experience with the staff nurse my dad was admited for nephro issues. The staff nurses doesn't know to put proper venflon which lead to septicaemia in the right hand. Just imagine an old man of 71 age keeping his hand for one month because of the careless staff nurses. Then next issue is like when we went to remove the septicaemia the nurses doesn't know properly to do dressing. And if we want to meet Dr Arulmani we need to fix appointment the day before if we book also we need to go and wait for him for 3 hours and then do the dressing. Think about the patient's condition how he is suffering. Seriously if this continues definitely within one or two years I am damn sure your hospital will be closed. This is my tears I feel for my dad like this many village ppl suffer but they doesn't know that review or suggestion box is there to fill up and report on this hospital
we are came for a scan.They treat patient very bad. Scaning department was very bad.No response for emergency patient.
The wost worst of its kind hospital .... Poor management... Poor staff service... Trust me choose wisely and thank me later And i almost forget to say about the pharmacy department they sucks...
