I had a horrendous experience with Path Lab staffs. They are disrespectful and dishonest. I went to collect my report after couple of weeks as I was busy. I had to collect reports along with some amount as it was pending with them and they had also made a note of same in front of me. But twist came when I asked for pending amount. After initial investigations the guy said that no such amount is pending and this made me shocked. I was handed over a 📱 and asked to speak some guy on other side. That guy said that there is no such amount to be paid to me as it was cleared. I asked him to check his security cameras for that particular day but he wasn’t ready to listen to me. Dude we are living an era where almost everything is a click away and not agreeing on checking records was totally suspicious. After some arguments he said to me - achha apko paisa chahiye? Like he is doing some social service or doing some favor to me. This even made me more angry as mujhe paisa ni chahiye, mujhe mera paisa chahiye jo tumhare pas hai! Finally I was paid the pending amount. So, what is the point of writing this big story here? I want customers to understand that leaving your own money with them is not a good idea as they are not honest. Worst part is they are not a good listener. When you have security cameras installed why don’t you cross verify what your customer is claiming? When I said that I’ll write my experience online they were like do whatever you want. It simply means that management doesn’t have any control on them. This hospital got good reviews but people like them gonna ruin the name and fame in future. Ruining a brand doesn’t take much time but making a name and keeping it for long time is a big task. Hope everyone takes a lesson from this experience.
