Hospitality , service and care was excellent. The service from people of all departments was excellent 24 x 7. Doctors are friendly , explanatory and also guided us in the right path with no extra expenses. A hygienic and safe place in Salem to treat ourselves for any health issues. Please keep up the quality till the end.
We have excellent Experience with this Hospital. They are maintenance was so good. Hospitality & service both. Especially Dr.Sathya she was a amazing person and her Nurses too. Their handling pregnancy women's with a so much of love and care but my only concern about the pharmacy they took too much of time to deliver the medicines... otherwise just say it one word 'Wow' about their hospitality...
Excellent doctor and nursing service. Rooms were kept clean. Food was good. All types are scans available in the premise itself.
I have been to many hospitals around Chennai, Bangalore, Maharashtra and so on. Thrilled to see Kaveri hospital in my hometown. BTW, I've been to ICU, couple of weeks before and found the following 1. No cleanliness at ICU. Though they give different slippers, people who wear hospital slippers will get more infection. Not properly disinfected. It's like small scale factory maintenance 2. No proper positioning of beds 3. No proper privacy between patients. Privacy screens are almost open. Patients may get scared by seeing other patients 4. Visitors are allowed based on personal touch with gaurd and not based on SOP .. no equality 5. Visitors place at basement- dirtiest with lot of dust as it shared with parking. People with dust allergies suffer more as visitors. 6. Cafe- Good.
