Doctor Shivam Uppal doesn't know how to talk to Patients guardians .He is very rude. I think he needs to get a proper behavioural training . He is good in is work though as a professional doctor. Doctor Abhay is really nice, he listens to patients and their family calmly. Hospital management need to work more towards cleanliness.
Very bad experience. Doctors and male nurse very rude behavior don't even respond about the condition of patients when asked by attendant. Doctor Mahesh simply refuse to get eco test done and said go to any other hospital there are many Hospital but your test will not be done at any cost. Because my attendant asked male nurse about Blood pressure is it normal ? Male nurse didn't reply after askiing third time he responded. Whereas I came from remot area of Nagour Rajasthan where I had suffered MI on 30th October 21.After discharged I contacted the Mars Hospital Rewari two three times and got appointments for Sunday 7th November 21 but We were treated very badly. Where we witnessed one more such case other counter they were facing bill irregularities higher billable packages.
