Got my first dose of Covid shot here. Despite heavy rush, the man management was great. Everything was streamlined. All the staffs that I came across were courteous. The premise was neat and clean.
Great health service, care and at the same time expensive! But it's reasonable. They have to improve their customer service! No proper response for out patients! Hospital was maintained very well, food given to the in patients is hygiene and tasty.
My mom got admitted in Apollo hospital Trichy, Not satisfied in Admission Service, lack of staff....we were waiting nearly 4 to 5 hrs without stretcher, I think it’s lack of stretcher, please look into that... Rooms are neat and clean all housekeeping except one or two everyone has done their excellent service without hesitation, Nurses done their prompt job with care and comfort according to their needs..... overall it’s a excellent service,
The service here is good but it can be improved. Often if doctors and P. R. Os. meet and give the staff proper guidance it will be ideal. Thank you. May you grow to great heights.
Overwhelmed by the care taken by doctors, nurses and cleaning staffs. clean rooms with all facilities and timely lunch with juices and soups you never get the feel that you're in a hospital .Special thanks to my caretaker Vetriselvi for being too supportive. Hereby I'm expressing my heartfelt thanks to everyone .
