We visited this place today for usg and found it very receptive. We had to go here after bad experience at NR hospital. Surprised that same USG costed us 800 Rs for which NR charges 1000Rs. Radiologist Mr Bansal was very patient friendly and explained us the whole process very well. He was so receptive that he even spoke with our Dr and made sure all checks happens as per her requirement. He did the tests as prescribed by our Dr and did not ask for unnecessary tests. The whole process took us 20 minutes. This is the kind of service one expects from private healthcare players. Good job guys. keep it up! Keep enhancing services that's what finally matter to customers.
I got stomach pain. I went to the civil hospital ghumarwin in the morning at around 6 AM but no one was there. So I decided to go to Rainbow hospital as this was my first time there. The dr checked me and asked for ultrasound. Before that they gave me two injections and glucose drip. My stomach was still hurting badly. Nearly 5 dr came and checked me. It seems like they were creating some kind of emergency. I went for ultrasound. The report of the test was about to take some time but dr called us to meet in his cabin immediately. Then he said "Its appendix and you have to get ready for operation". Me and my dad was like...Whattttt? Dr said take 10 minutes to decide and then let me know...we are not sure if Medicine will work or not...so the operation is the end solution. On asking he said, it will cost 30000 to operate. Me and my dad already know that they are trying to create emergency so that we get ready for operation. The dr told it's appendix even before the report has came. It was clearly a greedy move. Then we said we don't want operation and the attitude of dr got completely changed. He was not even talking to us properly. Then they asked my father to meet HR. The HR was saying if you have financial problems then we can talk to management and reduce the price. They were more concerned about the money, not the patient. My dad said clear no and they hand over around 4200 bills of medicine and tests. During this process my pain was reduced and i was feeling better. They tried everything to make us nervous. I was totally disappointed with their cheap mentality. They want money from you and that's it. patient just go to hell all they need from you is money. It was my first and last time to this greedy Rainbow hospital ghumarwin. I advice everyone to go to govt hospital. These private hospitals only want money.
The child doctor is very nice lady,well experienced explains all,but room is small for 3persons
Doctors & Nurses are good , well qualified & trained.. Satisfaction guaranteed..
According to them...it was their lunch time. They should have recruited another person for that particular time. But no such person was there. This is anyhow acceptable..(may be due to covid..). It was more than an hour..even thn the receptionist was not coming. This is a hospital and every person there needs to be examined on time . After an hour..an old patient went and asked the receptionist to come and carry forward her work.
