I am going there regularly for my daily injection dose at mornings. Today I didn't have change for 500rs. The billing person SUBASHINI told me that they didn't have any change in the billing counter too and asked me to get change elsewhere. I explained that I'm a sugar patient and I've to leave to have breakfast, and I also told her to keep the 100rs in account so that I can pay it tomorrow morning. She rudely denied and made me roam the entire hospital for at least 30 minutes asking for change. Firstly it is the hospital's fault for not having any change and also it is mainly the billing lady's fault for not having any hospitality towards people.

Maruthi hospital is one of the best hospital surrounding trichy. Well staffing and service oriented people's. Here staffs are very kind &cooperating with patients. Very good treatment, nice service with lowest price. Genius doctors &lovely staffs.

Hospital staff very hesitant to process insurance even though the hospital is included in the insurance's network provider list for cashless hospitalization. Even after giving all the documents the staff never initiated claim process. Also in the discharge summary, Age was mentioned wrongly though we gave passport during admission. also when we went again to get the new report in one of the documents Age was once again mentioned wrongly. even if staff is hesitant to process the insurance the least they can do is provide proper documents for claiming the insurance and avoid hassle to the patients. Either you can mention the Date of Birth or Age in the documentation. Hospital staff needs more training in hospitality and customer centricity. Hope the management looks into this and rectify.
