Came on an emergency. The duty doc. pretty rude. ICU charges are high, attender has to be present but not provided a place instead should wait in the waiting area where you can only sit, for how long??? ??? When asked answer is hospital rules. Rules are made by man and can be made more flexible.
Hospital is good, doctors are good except for one thing...they are full of policies and rules. In one way it's good so not many visitors will disturb the patient but as an attender staying with the patient...there should be a bit considerable. Hopefully things will be fine soon.
I will never recommend this Hospital to anyone for cancer treatment. My experience, after losing my wife due to sheer negligence of the medical Oncologist who caused the death of my wife by overdose of Chemotherapy medicines despite the fact she suffered serious side effects in the earlier Chemotherapy. He doesn't do proper investigation and never spends time with the patients to understand their problems and rushes through the review appointments and rushing through the rounds during the hospitalization. For him the death of a patient by his negligence is not a serious matter. The other surgical and radiation oncologists do a much better job and spends time with the patients to understand their problems.
One of the very few Trusted multi-speciality hospitals in coimbatore. We have many personal experience with this hospital, Facilities are very good and expertise doctors panel. Starting from housekeeping, Billing, visitor management, digital records keeping everything is managed well. Charges are clearly explained well in advance and detailed information were provided in bills. It's a nice ambience outside hospital with trees surrounded and a multilevel parking facility. Canteen located inside hospital is a traditional one, good taste, Hygienic &clean ambience.
Worst kitchen food for attender inside the hospital. Can they make any worst? And food from outside is not allowed. They close some block entrance at their convenience and make people walk everywhere. Don't even start about the emergency entrance staffs. Slowest sloths ever! And the subtle ways the staffs make your life most uncomfortable and burdensome. Yet the billing? Wow.. that just flows infinitely like some star hospital This hospital was once my favorite and most comfortable. What have they done to it!? I pray to God never make anyone of my loved ones come here.
