I had my surgery in St.thomas hospital and in my opinion the care and support were excellent. Doctors were well experienced and nurses cares us with all their heart. Also it's the best place if you are looking for a budget hospital with excellent service.
Not expensive, I am there for ear related issues ENT department is too good. Rooms and other facilities like canteen are average but affordable. Its a hospital that keeps medical values more than money. Keep going
Excellent service provided by the staff.First time we went to st.thomas hospital with a completely blank and gloomy heart due to the cleft lip issue of my new born baby girl.We had carried out so many researches about hospitals for cleft lip and palette correction before going to Newface section of St.thomas hospital.But after speaking to Dr.Mathew of Newface we got immense releif and he cleared all our doubts,he listened our worries very patiently and explained in detail corrective procedures of cleft lip and palette.He considered everyone as his family members and we also felt the same.Best part is that we can contact him directly at anytime for any doubts.We went to the hospital with a gloomy mind,after speaking to Dr.Mathew we came out with a very positive and strong mind.After that we contacted him on phone for small as well as large worries and doubts,he cleared it very patiently.
