I have been frequenting Dr. Rani Menon's Eye Care Center for over a month now with regard to my parents' cataract surgeries. Although I was initially skeptical because of all the hype this center had generated, I and my parents were pleasantly surprised by the excellent health care provided here. The OP and pharmacy staff are very caring and helpful, the counselling team is knowledgeable, the surgery/ward staff are skilled, and the doctors are some of the most amiable. I highly recommend this place for all your eye care needs. The only suggestion I have for improvement is better crowd control at busy times, which can be achieved by limiting the number of bystanders to one, or two if absolutely necessary. Keep up the great work!

Good doctors and staff especially Ward staff they are very interactive with patients. Before surgery patients are very happy for Ward staff give the courage . All over very good service. My experience at Rani Menon Eye Institute is excellent. There was good behavior from the doctors and each staff who excelled in treatment and counseling. Similarly, the nurses at the OP were very busy but spoke very gently and in detail. They behaved very well.
