I haven't been to the hospital but know that some people are very good , they always ready to help patients, and hospital are very well developed.. recent look looks good upload some new pictures
Nice work by the doctors , they are well mannered , experienced and understand and listen everything said by the patient very calmly .. treatment given by them are excellent .
A lot of improvement required. "Best among the worst" is the most suitable proverb for this hospital.

Emmanuel Hospital Association (EHA) was founded in 1970 as a Christian health and development agency to ensure the long-term sustainability of 13 former mission hospitals. EHA's founding 13 hospitals have since grown to a network of 20 hospitals and EHA treats more than 500,000 patients each year.
I was born there... however, I wasn't brought up in Champa, so, I don't know anything about the city... But, what I've heard from my parents is that I was almost about to die during birth but because of their efficient doctors I finally survived. It was a cesarean surgery. And back then(early 80s, 30+ years ago), it was a big thing.
