From the moment I contacted the hospital reception for my father who was 71 years old and had breathing difficulty. The receptionist I spoke to helped in locating the doctor and quickly informed me about his availability . After our arrival my father was quickly saw and diagnosed by op doctor and chief doctor of the hospital and admitted to ICU where he was given every care possible. The doctors and nurses took great care of my father in the ICU. Even after shifting to Ward my father was looked after with care. The doctors visited two to three times a day for checking him .The nurses took great care in giving medication on time and caring. The doctors and nurses in ICU and Ward were kind and polite. The doctors responded calmly and politely to every doubt and questions we had. Thanks to Sugam Hospital (chromepet) for taking great care of my Father as well as giving positive support to my family at this hard time
Nice Hospital were you can get all labs in one place.. As the name suggests Multispecialty it has all kinds of treatments in single place. Such a clean and hygienic environment. Also all the doctors and nurse are caring persons. Good care taken at the time of emergency.
I would totally recommend this hospital for any kind of treatments. Doctors were so good, they were transparent about all the details and made sure the patient is feeling secured. I admitted my mom for a surgery. She got recovered in 2 days, I still could not believe this. They took care of the patients in such a manner and provided the best treatment. Each and every department did their duties perfectly. Housekeeping team was so helpful, kept the rooms clean and did their job without any delay. Nurses were so polite, took care of the patient at their best. Especially Billing team were so very helpful, they explained each and every details that we need. While discharge there was no delay in any of the team. Report summary was on time , billing team was ready with the bills on time (Albert sir was so helpful and also explained me about each and everything). Still my mom use to say that she was so comfortable in hospital than home. My only concern is some rooms don't have ventilation, kindly look for it to improve. Other than that no more concerns. Thank you for all the team who took and taking care of the patients who need you. I appreciate the greatness that you guys providing.
Hospitality & service was really a great experience. All the staff & doctors treated the patient so well. Housekeeping kept checking the cleanliness & did their job on time. Especially the insurance desk were very humble, explained the details very patiently and did all the needful. I would like to thank the entire team for their support and giving the best treatment. My person was able to recover fast & got back home with good cure
