Eventhough doctor is efficient and reputed, the hospital needs lot of improvement. We went based on the positive reviews in Google, but not worth it. Especially please DO NOT prefer for any CKD patients ongoing dialysis.
Very Good place for kidney related issues. State of the art facilities.. Very good Medical Team. Personal followup by the Doctor, a Transplant specialist with rich experience. For the last five years, we are taking treatment after kidney transplant.. Thanks to Doctor and the team .

Year : 2017 to 2019 - Management is very much worst and most of the time felt like they are doing business instead of service.Staff behaviour is also not as expected but few kind hearted staffs also there. Much Appreciated for them. Year : 2011 to 2017 - Very good Kidney hospital in madurai. They are providing Kidney related treatment like dialysis , Kidney transplant, etc. Government Insurance schemes / private insurance accepted here. Doctor : Dr. Palanirajan - (Good person) Here the best is friendly doctor and he will support the patients in all the way to make the patient better, but patients should obey the doctor diet plan / regular check-up / regular dialysis if necessary. If they refuse to follow, then sure particular patient can't proceed further treatment there. People's may heard Kidney stealer news in this hospital , This is totally false news - don't believe such rumor and I verified that doctor / team submitted related documents for that false news. I know this hospital for past 9 years . It's in Gomathy Puram initially then later it's moved / extended to Vazhlarnagar. Cons : 1. Worst management. 2. Always making delay in pharmacy and they are not realizing about the dialysis patient condition and ask them to wait more than a hour and ask patients to wait till 11am for pharmacy open time. 3. No canteen facility. Even if you want Tea / Coffee / Juice / Biscuits, you must need go some 2kms to reach any roadside shop.
Wonderful hospital for dialysis and surgery.i am transplant in before 6 months.In dialysis feel good health and after transplant boost my health like down urea creatinine ,raised hemoglobin. I good healthy. Thank you shastha.
