The doctors in this hospital are not ordinary doctors.. Dr. K. Venkataramanan has got many awards for his excellence.. even former President Pranab Mukherjee has awarded him for his excellency..when i reach this hospital from West Bengal for diabetes and kidney treatment i was surprised to see a doctor who look very simple and the appearance was very ordinary but his services excellency is extraordinary.. i was so fortunate to meet him for the treatment.. God bless the entire team for their hard work and dedicated services..the people of Tamil Nadu are very nice and helpful.. Thankyou🙏
Went there for corona test..they don't knw details No card payment option.. Also rtpcr rate too high(maybe in all vellore) In Kerala n Coimbatore its 600 to 800 Overall not satisfied

Good to see how taken care the patients.but in other side always getting worse experience when we receive lab test reports. Because doctor keep insist to take test before to meet however it's been more than 5 hours particularly get the reports therefore we have to wait for consultation. This is not been one time experience, I have been visiting more than year at every month. Frustrated moment was when they keep telling us do wait without any reason.
I had one off bad experience with the appointment system so I had to leave without consulting doctor but Dr. Venkatraman called and explained the situation which is very good gesture and I respect him for that. Just a suggestion to hospital , Please make sure patients aware about the order to consult doctor, a simple digital token display should do. It helps patients to plan accordingly.
