I am Colonel IP Raju, Veteran. Gautami Eye Institute is in addition to non profit organisation ECHS empanalled Institute extending their services to ex servicemen & their families. Since 2017 I am in association with this Institute. Customer care is very good....exchanging pleasentaries & escorting patients all around till his job is done. Doctors are very cordial with patients. Well equipped & well trained staff. Patient care and treatment part is superb. All essential services are available.
It's A very worst thing I have ever seen in my life I waited 3hrs just for regular checkup . And even they don't have Ventilation too

The specality of this hospital is ..they told that their will be 1 hour waiting ,but the reality is u have to wait for 7 hours just for eye checkup ..and doctor didnt talk to you .he will see reports and he add some part to that repost ..thats'it then you will have to wait ..he doesnt give you any suggestion ..staff doesnt give you any informarion for late ...i hope this hospital will improve in future
