Regarding vaccination: booked a slot at 3 to 6, I can understand that atleast 10 Persons are required to open a vial. But if 10 persons are not available, its hospitals responsibility to revert back the request. But irresponsible people in reception and cash counter make drama. And after all waste of time efforts they will close your request
