The nurses are very rude and behave like they are the partners of the hospital but the Doctors are good. My wife had a thyroid problem during her maternity but staffs failed to give proper advice and the thyroid levels are increased and they don't have track on Patient details. But they only have track of payment details from patients. I raised their staffs rude attitude to Doctors but they don't care about anything. We know that this review wont change anything in the hospital but its my opinion. Some doctors will come around 12.30 but nurses are telling us to come at 9.30 for check up. And if we go at 9.30 and give name of the patient, the staffs are saying that patients must have to come and they have to sit and wait in hospital then only they will write the names. Why did you tell us to come at 9.30 for consulting a doctor who comes at 12.30. And we had 3 scans for the last 7 months and most of the times they told to come around 8.30 but no staffs will be there till 9.00 and scan doctor will come only after 10.00 They have to guide the patients properly about the timing as most of the patients are pregnant. They is no use of telling anything to the staffs as they will not pass any info to doctors.
Worst service. Irresponsible and unfriendly nurses. They didn't even tell what medicine to take. For each thing we have to go them and ask separately. I had my delivery there a year ago. They kept me waiting a night long for normal delivery, but in the morning they told me I have to undergo operation. Charges were very high which is not worth their service. They haven't even send the sheet necessary for birth certificate. Very very worst hospital ever.
One of the oldest hospital here but infrastructures and facilities improved good caring is provided here
Great place for maternal checkups. Had both my deliveries here had good experience both the time. Doctors are so good and nurses provides good services. Good place to be considered for delivery.
Worst ..and Consulting fees so high not worth to their services...
