Very courteous and dedicated staff. From Anurag and Shobhit at the reception to the nursing staff under Ms Smita, Raj the diagnostic guy and Rahul at the chemist shop. Dr. K K Tripathi patiently explains everything. It was assuring to have his expertise and his decent staff taking care during the stay at Sona Medical Center.

pls train your reception staff....I went to get vaccinated for covid-19 (paid), but I was asked very rudely by their staff to wait for 30 minutes. At least value time of your customers (if not patients). He started arguing with me. I just left the hospital and got my vaccination from nearby private hospital. Pathetic service.
I never see any doctor and her staff who asking doctor fee again when you go to just see patients reports. Woohoo..... Some of my friend suggest me DOCTOR's name and I visit doctor with my wife doctor suggested me sonography of her and when I went there with report her staff ask me DOCTOR'S fee I told them I just come to see her my wife's report but they told me without fee DOCTOR can't see report nor I am able to meet her and they also misbehave with me.. All are looters.....
