Very poor pharmacy services. No response from the unit and always late delivery never comes medicines on time while you have orange card also. There is no value of orange card both are same orange and green so why we pay for orange card as well as there is no any complaint system and no department wise contact list mentioned on website.
Technician named Dipankar at aliganj branch misbehaves and treats patients very unmannerly.....owner must instruct his employees to behave peoperly......although I agree indra diagnostic and thus chandan pharmacy healthcare is doing good and earning well.....such employee will ensure downfall if not dealt timely.
