Ok let me start from the beginning, it was an emergency, so we admitted my mom there, first of all as a patients relative we care to hear from doctors once in a while an update which they dont give, reason behind is the senior doctors ( basically the owner's) visit only at night near at 10, there are few practicing doctors who don't even give proper response, they are just there to show some doctors are present, moving on every one hour they will give a slip to get medicine from their medical shop next to reception ( first we thought since it's emergency but later when we moved to general ward also it was the same, not sure if they used all of them if yes we are good) and you have to wait in queue, remember they give this one hour slip to all the patients.. Now to the facilities - they asked us take all scans, we agreed without denying a word but they don't allow you to go out to take from near by scan center, they have thier scan center nearly 15 km away from city for which the sick patients have to travel by on ambulance, and no helpers at that scan center too, Now to the hospital facilities, general wards are fine but bit expensive, they could give proper bedsheets, pillows, Reception area is one fish market for sure, more than the patient and their relatives the employees make more noise, people on counter don't have patience at all, most time we can see they talk gossips, but when in the evening the doctor comes they will all act promptly, it will look like a school parade, if you sit on the chair at the reception they will simply ask you to go wait out site, once you go outside just in few mins they will call out the name loudly to get the medices, do remember to have some proper change because every helper will ask for money everyday, canteen is there but we never got anything but hot water there so no complaint from my side, at the entry we also have a small coffee shop which is average, they don't sell juices, hard to believe as it's hospital and nurses suggestions to give the patient some juices, parking space is not big so most of the time you end up parking outside, , Here is the crazy one, there is heart specialist, who came to check (note that my mom was not admitted for anything related to cordia) but for him to walk up to general ward from ground floor we have to pay 400 plus consulting fee and test charges ( believe me because I double checked with reception why this additional charges, here is the answer I received " Doctor walked all the way up to check only your mom, so we charge") So What's good at this hospital, doctors experience, they really cured my mom though we had to spend few additional days, second opinion also confirmed the same, cleanliness is good, Nurses are really good (trust me they are angels for sure), hospital is in the heart of city just opp to district govt head hospital. Many restaurants near by, ATM is there just outside the hospital for convenient,
Cleanliness is very important in health service sector. This hospital is not clean. Just marginally better than government hospital. The management must spend some money to keep the premises, beds, blankets, covers, equipments etc. Clean.
This review is made after 3 days stay at krishna hospital. Dear all I personally felt there is no difference between government hospital and krishna hospital. Infact government hospital may be better then krishna hospital. Poor management and poor staffs response. Infrastructure is very very bad. The stretcher which they are using is very bad and corrosive. Those who want to die faster may admit here. Even its not worth for 1 star. Final solution is better go to government hospital .
Very worst ,I have sever cough I went to hospital at 1.00 am,I informed staff that am feeding mother,staff conducted duty doctor and said to go government hospital, after I moved to other private hospital,they did very good service ,within an hour I got relief.please take care patients who comes for emergency.
Worst hospital in Cuddalore. I just came with stomach Ake. But they told it's serious and admitted me for 4 hrs and finally they are telling nothing wrong with me . This is a big scam.
