Excellent service and very cooperative staff and time to time checking and provide best care to the patient. Doctor is very responsive and patience to explain about surgery and good care till discharge and keep follow up and patient condition. Rooms are nice and feel like home(prefer single room for best and awesome hospitality)
Admitted my Grandfather in MICU, Hospital staff are attentive, polite. The only issue patients facing is language problem with Nursing Staff. Most of them Seems to be from North East States of India, they are not able to understand patient regional language and patients also unable to understand nursing staff language. Huge communication gap between Nursing Staff and Patients where ever patients know any other language than their Regional Language. Hope Management rectifies the issue.
