One of the best hospital in the town. Very hygienic, neat and clean. They take very much care of patients. Staff is very polite and they do not let patient attendants worry about patient. All general wards and private rooms are very neat and clean. Food for patients are simple and healthy. Although food for visitors are not upto the mark. Canteen is very small and having only one canteen in whole hospital with very few food item options. They need to imorove food quality for visitors. Also one more thing for MRI they take patient to their other branch which is far. They must have a MRI machine. Patients can't travel if they are in bad health..they should think about this. And if they could also add a hall to visitors for night rest/sleep will be very good. Hall for visitors, visitor canteen quality improve and in house MRI, these 3 options will make hospital 5 star. Incredible experience. Dr Prabhjit, dr Devika, dr Sidhu Bali and dr Anand are great personalities. Never rushed. Always take time to listen to their patients. Fully dedicated to their commitment. All the doctors are just amazing.. Special thanks to Dr Prabhjit, an orthopedic surgeon, whose way of treating and dealing with his patients is superb. Inexplicable service I receiveed under his observation. No qualms...completely satisfied..🙂😊🙏

Hospital is neat, whole staff very efficient, child specialist Dr and med specialist Dr all r good Nd intelligent. But still I am giving ivy hospital nawashehar 1 star rating coz of one Nd only one Dr named Dr jagdeep in emergency. When I came to emergency he didn't even examined the patient once. Didn't ask anything didn't tell anything. Was just using his phone. He showed his arrogant behaviour Nd asked us to leave the hospital when we asked abt the treatment. staff nurses were treating so well but he didn't even once came to us. Such a reputed hospital should not keep such drs in emergency who don't even know any medicine or treatment or how to behave or rules of hospital. That is obvious coz he is paid seat pass out he does not hold a valid degree. He passed his medicine degree by paying money.
