Very bad experience from insurance department. About my insurance and health packaging I called. First they attended he said he will check and call back. But he didn't call may be he will be busy.later I called so many times and msged no response for my delivery purpose only I called.since 4 days no reply.If they are doing like this how we will believe about hospital service
WORST EXPERIENCE...!!!!! Yesterday I gone to Pranavam Hospital to consult ENT Doctor for removing fish thorn from my throat. He checked and said nothing there and I told him like doctor I'm feeling pain and something is there. He replied that " who are you man you don't know anything about this I'm the doctor I know everything". I felt extremely bad and disappointed. I went to another doctor(Tettikuzhi hospital, Kunnikodu) he found out the fish thorn from my throat and told that it's already infected. So please don't go Pranavam Hospital ENT. Please. I'm posting the picture of fish thorn below for proof.
Only for business mind, lot of tabelts, waste of money. Don't go to that worst hospital
It's very unfortunate to see Ayurveda - Allopathy politics and hatred slogans against Ayurveda in a hospital. Be professional.
