My experience from this hospital is not good. There is no arrangements in this hospital. Services provided are not satisfied. No fans and chairs for patients and had to wait longer time. Patients are made to sit in stairs during pandemic. Very sad to say this. Morning nine there is only one staff in reception. After doing endoscopy the doctor did not give details of the result. Only fast in paying bill not in service. Hope all these will noted and provides a good service to others.
Dr Pratap kumar is an exceptional human being who does an excellent job. Absolutely down to earth. It's really amazing how he could manage to put together a team of staff with such a high degree of dedication and care towards the patients. It was our luck that we came to this place for treatment. Absolutely satisfied.

Ms .Mini was our guide for throughout the process from making us understand about the packages to guiding my parents to the test and for doctors consultation...
