Komal Gupta is one of the best Doctor in this area. So farr expirence is good with them.
Dr komal is very good and polite doctor i must recommend.....but the behaviour of receptionist is not so good..she is very rude(& also not helping nature)..rest of all staff are good..
I will never recommend JEEVAN HOSPITAL to any person who's looking for any kind of treatment. The Staff of this hospital do have lack of knowledge to their work. The RECEPTIONIST is also not very attentive. My Mother's vaccination, who is actually 50+ years old, has been scheduled in this hospital on 06-04-2021 between 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. We have reached there on time and this receptionist has informed us that you need to revisit after 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM today or wait until they have 4-5 more people to give the vaccination. First we thought why they're looking for grouping in this serious Covid-19 situation but then we left the place as it is not safe to stay this long in a hospital. Then again we've revisited at 3:00 PM and they said they'll not provide any vaccination today as they'll give vaccination to a group of people. They said this is the rule. My question is "why government will make such kind of rule to provide the vaccine in a group?" and if they'll make such rule then why we need to book and schedule an appointment for a vaccination. And then I've visited to cowin.gov.in and found that government will not make such stupid rules but these people make such rule who don't even care about your health. I read this instead on the Cowin.gov.in website: "Fixing an online appointment using Co-WIN portal is recommended to avoid waiting time and queue in the vaccination centre, as in each centre only limited slots are made available for on-spot registration." In addition, I just wanna conclude with few of the words: If in case, this hospital has been allotted to you while registration for COVID-19 vaccination, RESCHEDULE it right now.
