Take too much time for simple treatment like first aid . Want us to buy all stuff for first aid by ourself.
Had been there for five days for the treatment of one of my family members. the professionalism of responsible Doctor in diagnosing the problem and his way of dealing was very commendable. Other than that I could not find a single reason to be in this hospital. The support staff starting from receptionist to nursing staff and even the cleaning staff don't have the attitude to be in this profession, as the hospital professional demands caring and responsibility, however , both these things are not relevant to the hospital staff. Other than one staff nurse, which was in the night shift ( not good to mention her name in the public platform, as she was very humble and thorough professional), all the other nurses were having very casual attitude. The whole time they were busy on the mobile phones, even while attending the patient. The cleanliness is also very bad in the hospital. To make things more worse, there is only one geyser in the hospital for providing hot water to the patients. And above all i could not find a single responsible person or signboard to contact anyone at hospital for complaint/feedback. Aslo the hospital charges are not on reasonable side. Its quite costly. So as per my experience, try to find some other hospital.
This hospital took very good care of patient and made a very scary event very comfortable. Staff had smiles for at all times, which kept a smile on face. The nurses and doctor were helpful and concerned about health and well-being all of the time .
I met with an accident and broke my front tooth..i was in deep pain.. didnt sleep for 5 days.. then i visited to Dukhniwaran dental clinic.. here Dr. Simer did my treatment and saved my broken tooth with simple filling.. Broken tooth was in such bad condition, if i had visited to any other dentist, it will be removed but Dr simer did alot of hard work and save my tooth.. i am highly satisfied and there was no pain in my rct and filling.. i am so happy that now i can sleep comfortably.. i give them 5 star rating for my treatment and recommend this clinic to everyone as per hygiene and good behaviour of doctor who always is friendly all the time..
