The security system hospital staffs are amazing. I have got a beautiful hospitality from the staff. Even from nurse to the cleaners security staff, they all are amazing and helpful. Doctors are very helpful and they will explain you all the minutes things.
The building and the premises comes with an internationally acclaimed standards, the doctors are also well experienced but when it comes to the services. It is very process oriented rather then people centric. Had almost 2 experiences of being in the waiting area for more then 3 hours even with prior appointments. That failed to build enough confidence in coming here again. Management should give more attention towards it. Else fine.
The treatment here is of excellent quality. The hospitality and the ground staff is highly professional and humbel. Thee doctors and nursing staff have tremendous knowledge and care of the patients. I would highly recommend people to just consult once here for their satisfaction
There are lot of things where, I as a patient family got disappointed. First of all, they have casual approach towards the patient. No doubt they are soft spoken, polite. But the most important thing in the hospital is treatment and the test results. Which I saw got delayed in every 2nd patient case. Made me feel they value money over patients. Doctors are good. But when the treatment is provided on time is valued and appreciated. The communication gap between assistant doctor and the assigned doctor lacked due to which we a as patient family suffered.
The place is tidy with all facilities. Doctors and staff are generally polite, they too are humans and sometimes give in to pressure(which is understandable). Very nice hospital. I am reducing 1 star, just because of punctuality. If you take an appointment of 10 AM, you might not even get to see the doc before 1 PM. Doctors are good and worth the wait, but some time management would really help the patients.
