Worst management, no proper facilities for patients, every patient is recommended by someone, I didn't find even a single person who volunteerly came to the hospital

Please ignore all the 5 Star rating as those are given by the insiders and the staff themselves (Attached proof). * Do NOT Visit this Hospital unless you are about to die and have no other choice. I have never seen a hospital in such a pathetic state. The service charge is far too high whereas the “quality of service” and “standards” of the staff and the hospital are very poor. Their business model is purely based on the referrals from RMP/Primary Care physicians. They survive by cheating all the innocent people from nearby villages and they incentivize/pay good commission to the referred doctors. When you question them about the quality/standards, they just say that “you are free to leave the hospital”. No wonder why the hospital is in such a state. To be successfully, one must address the concern of the patient/attendees or at least try to understand it. They exaggerate the situation and scare the attendees. It’s an immoral practice and must stop. They have the ACs in the ground floor but they never turn it ON, even if the weather is hot and humid. I visited the hospital in peak summer and they did not turn ON AC even after multiple requests. The Chief Doctor promised that the Doctor would be available in ICU 24 * 7, but there was no doctor during night shifts. Either the Chief is a liar or the ON duty Doctor is lousy. Even after complaining to the Chief, the doctor only visited once at 11 PM and then he went back to bed. On 27-Mar-2021, at around 3:00 AM, a patient arrived the hospital in a very critical condition, no doctor visited the patient at least till 6:30 AM and the patient was pronounced dead at around 10 AM. (I left hospital at 6:30 AM, so only God knows when the doctor actually arrived). The whole show in ICU is run by the Lab Technician. They have lot of nurses and some of them does not even know how to monitor Pulse Rate and SPO2. And on enquiry, it turned out most of them are actually interns. Even the Receptionists, Pharmacist, ward boys, etc., don’t respect the customers and they feel as if they are doing charity. The management refused to give a copy of Indoor Case Sheets even after multiple requests. They simply denied it. Only after mailing a formal notice, the management provided the Indoor case papers. (Attached copy of my mail). Seems they don’t have a proper accounting/ledger system. It’s laughable to know that they don’t even keep tab on patient’s transaction. When we asked for the final bill, they asked me how much I paid so far and accordingly they made the final bill. It is evident that they evade taxes and my insurance providers informed me the same as well. Out of 30+ staff, only one of the Junior doctors (I guess his name is Manikanta), a lab technician (guess Vasu) and a nurse were passionate of their work and were performing their duties wells. Advice to the Management: 1. Instead of adding fake reviews focus on better service. 2. Change your business model. 3. Realize that you are not doing a charity and treat every customer with respect. 4. When the attendees ask the doubts on the process of treatment, It’s the duty of the doctor to clearly explain the situation in layman language, instead of questioning one’s academics. Please understand that not everyone would have a formal degree in Medicine and may not know about all the diseases and their treatments. 5. Don’t assume people are fools, if you don’t have an equipment then simply admit it instead of lying. One of the staffs said that “The CT Scan would cost more in house but it would be cheaper next door” when in fact the hospital does not even have a CT Scanner. 6. Pay proper taxes.
