Needed early vaccination second dose before due date. Need to download one form and get signed by signed by any elected member(panch or sarpanch- prefer panch as he is easy to approach, sarpanch will give excuse go to first panch). Once submitted required docs all done in 5 mins. Staff was very polite and helpful.
For RT-PCR or RAT test starts on 9:30 morning, no registration required, testing is done on right side of bike parking near the OPD, all staff is polite and coperative nature, reports available after 2 days but your result is notify you via sms same day on testing, reports should be collected from room no. 100,
Prefer morning schedule for covid 19 vaccination.please don't go through online schedule.
