Best in service, very neat and hygienic. One of the best hospital in madurai. Immediate response for patients even at late night. Doctors are very calm even when patients were in panic state they explained everything calmly. Bit expensive but the doctors are worth it.

Best Hospital for Delivery and child care. Gynecologist Jothi lakshmi mam was best and friendly too. Nurse staffs are very friendly and helpful specially jothika and all nurses in ward are too co-operative Overall we are so much satisfied with the service and support with Rio hospital.
One of the worst insurance Service hospital in Madurai, The Insurance team, makes the insurance process with terrible way, They don't know how to send docs as required format, They don't know how to courier the hard copy of the insurance document, they don't know how to provide valid account details. Poor Response and bad experience from Insurance Team. they never take ownership of what they did , every time they blame courier team, finance team, and including my self.
