Surgeon and other staff are superb. But the receptionist who wore spectacles is so arrogant and lazy. When we asked her of progess of discharge process, she told us " time lgega pta nhi kitna, merko or b kaam h" and she keep chatting with others. She showed same behaviour during admission process.
Calls are not picked at reception and if picked then they don't behave good
