Please dont ever go to this hospital they are killing kids realy not only mee soo many are saying than for me they did free delivery with a small doctor for their practice they are they usingpepole because of them i lost my baby. They did free deliverey for me but at the time baby head is big size but that bleady doc did the delivery after that my baby is not having any moment and not even cry after three days he died very bad chetha doc and staff god wont leave u pepole
Those 2 stars are for the doctors(consider they represent 5star for them alone). Staff's responsiveness made me angry. Went at 7PM today and waiting till 9PM. The girl waiting in help desk clearly having attitude issues and doesn't care if patients are waiting for hours. Didnt even moved to see what doctor is doing and answering everyone like doctor is on rounds where the doc actually seeing patients. They have two categories of patients that sounded to me like VIP and non VIP when they are telling OP and special OP. Really!?! Not token bases?!! I booked appointment for Dr. Prabhavathi they are insisting like need to consult chinna madam first before peddha madam. I am okay with their hierarchy since main doc alone cant do all the diagnostics, but they clearly need to explain why is it. I was worried for a moment that i am being duped. As I said doc treated very well and my mother felt comfortable. As other people mentioned in reviews, violation of pandemic rules. Haven't seen sanitizer installed properly for patients to sanitize. Hope this review helps to get an idea of how the process works. All i want to say to those visiting, check in on whats happening every now and then with staff so that you no need to wait longer times. Not all staff members are the same. Please note that I am not pointing all of them. And yes better to consult in morning sessions.
Facilities are not at all good in rooms.
They don't have any precautions for the outside people and also they don't even have a swiping Machine to swipe cards ...that was a minimum responsibility to have a swiping machines in hospital.. I don't want to blame any doctors because they are good ..just a minimum responsibility they should have not having any swiping and any online transactions...
